Standard Cards: A silk gloss finish (good qualtiy card with a very faint shine) Premium Cards: A high gloss cello laminate finish on the front of the card, (gloss cello is a high gloss finish). Delux Cards: A matt cello laminate finish on both sides of the card, (matt cello does NOT have a shine BUT has a nice silk feel to the touch). Payment is required in full prior to printing. The min. print quantity for cards is 500 for stationery. We do not print any special requirements such as gold or silver raised text, shaped cards, textured card, etc. Time Frame Design time frame if required approx. 3 days Printing and delivery time frame is approx. 7 days. Supplying your own Print Ready Artwork Read our spec sheet for supplying print ready files File formats Adobe Illustrator up to v.11 (CS) Adobe Photoshop up to v8 (CS) Vector based EPS files 300dpi CMYK TIFF files 300dpi CMYK EPS files Press Ready PDF files Bleed and trim marks All supplied print files must include a 3mm bleed over the finished size (an example artwork file). Trim marks must also be placed to the finished cut size and appear within the final document sent for production. Supplying finished files All fonts to be turned into paths or curves. All colours must be CMYK. No PMS or Spot colours allowed. All bitmap images must be min. 300dpi and CMYK. Due to its destructive compression method JPEG images are not recommended for print. TIFF files are recommended as an alternative using LZW compression which is not destructive. It is recommended that any type should always lie within 3mm of the finished card area. Reversed type (light type on dark background) should be a minimum of 7pt. Please supply all files separately as we prefer to do our own imposing.
